His career also includes seven years at a top-tier printing company, where he led as Quality Assurance Team Leader and Level 3 Press Operator. Prior to entering the energy sector, Rob spent 15 years in multi-location store management within the equipment rental industry, ultimately earning the position of Head Store Manager. His combined experience reflects a career grounded in precision, consistency, and team leadership.
